HELLO, VERY GOOD EVENING TO EVERYONE. I AM RAHUL, BACK WITH AN ANOTHER INTERESTING BLOG. GUYS, IN TODAY'S BLOG I AM GONNA GIVE U ALL COMPLETE INFORMATION REGARDING INDIA'S FIRST PRIVATE CITY. SO LET'S BEGIN TO OUR TODAY'S BLOG!!!

                         LAVASA 

  1. What is LAVASA? 

LAVASA is a Private Planned City being built near Pune. It is basically based on the Italian Town of Portofino, with the street and several building comporting the name of that town. 

It has an All around are of 100 kmsq. And an Elevation of 630m. Locating at the district of Pune. The City which is been very close to this place is a Pune City. 

2. How to Reach LAVASA? 

 Lavasa, a place which lies in the state of Maharashtra. Has a very good facilities of transport connectivity. 

By Air :- The nearest Airport is Pune Airport. 

By Road :-

1. Pune to Lavasa :- A distance of 65.5 kms. And taking a time of approximately 2hours 4mins.

2. Mumbai to Lavasa :- A distance of 186.7 kms. And taking a time of around 4hours.

By Railways :-

The nearest Railway Station is Lonavla. Covers a distance of 53kms from Lonavla and taking a time of roughly around 1hour.

3. Who Owns Lavasa City? 

 SHARAD PAWAR, an Indian Politician, born in the state of Maharashtra, is alleged to have demanded compensation for allowing Lavasa to be Constructed. 

As you guys, have been understood that lavasa is a private planned city. And the entire encharge of it has been taken by the Respected Mr. Sharad Pawar. 

4. Best Time to Vistit Lavasa. 

 Every season has its different perspective. Every year a huge number of tourists visits this place. And mostly it has been that the people are visiting it during Winters and Monsoon. Majority of the people loves to travel during this time as it gives an amazing outlook of the City. 

5. What is Lavasa famous for? 

 LAVASA is famous for its Beautiful green surroundings, rain-soaked trees, fresh lakeside atmosphere and many more things. In the Above Picture, as you can see I am standing outside the All American Dinner, same as this, this city is very popular for its various different kinds of Restaurants from all over the World. You will many different types of food shops, clothing shops, souvenirs, etc. Believe me, nothing else, this are the only things which is making this place popular day by day. You can see a more food item in my below picture. 

This is something called as string potato fries, the oily potato masala fries, is something cooked in a different style or method and given to you. And tastes totally different and tasty, gives you a new and great experience. 

6. Is Lavasa Expensive? 

 Nothing much to do there except roaming around and eating. Water sports are available and can range from a minimum cost of Rs. 500 per person. Food is a little expensive thing in LAVASA. And can cost you a minimum of Rs. 200 per person. 

7. Is Lavasa worth Visiting? 

 LAVASA is located at the Warasgaon lake making it one of the major hotpots for all sorts of water sports & activities making your trip a totally worth of it.

A  Lavasa is a private planned city. Every year many people from all around lives to visit this place, especially during monsoon. This place truly has a unique outlook as it based on the town of Italy known as Portofino. Stylish designs on Buildings and Delicious food plays an important role for the tourism of this city.This city is well connected by roads, is you live in the city such as Mumbai or Pune then you are very lucky. And must to visit this place anytime in your life. It will give you a same experience, as your walking in Italy. I had visited this place 8 years ago, and loved it a lot. I surely recommend this place to you all also.
